If you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling, if you let us know more than 60 minutes prior to your appointment, there will be no cancellation or rescheduling charge. If you need to cancel your appointment within 60 minutes of the original slot there is a $59 cancellation fee, and if you need to reschedule your booking within 60 minutes of your original appointment there is a $39 dollar fee.
Unfortunately, at this stage we do not. We currently focus on these two brands as they keep us busy enough! If we extend to offering repair services for other mobile device brands, we will make sure we add this information to the website!
