How much do the service repairs cost?The cost of repairing your iPhone, Samsung Galaxy smartphone or iPad will vary based on the issues that are present, what repairs actually need to happen, and the kind of device you have. Our repair services start from as low as $59 and we do not charge a call out fee on top of our services. Are the replacement parts genuine?Yes, we only use genuine parts for all of our repairs. Being Apple Certified iOS Technicians, we know the importance of using only the best products in every repair. This will help your mobile device last longer and ensure it works at it’s best.

Can I cancel or reschedule a booking/appointment?Yes! If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, you can do so by contacting us on 1300806 774. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible. If you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling, if you let us know more than 60 minutes prior to your appointment, there will be no cancellation or rescheduling charge. If you need to cancel your appointment within 60 minutes of the original slot there is a $59 cancellation fee, and if you need to reschedule your booking within 60 minutes of your original appointment there is a $39 dollar fee.
